My name is Cecilia: I have had a lifelong interest in the systemic, environmental, social and economic issues of our times.
I am a teacher with over 15 years of experience at both primary and secondary level, a music therapist, a spiritual counsellor, and a consultant for natural hygiene for babies and toddlers.
A volunteer in a variety of settings for the last 30 years, I have offered my time and energy as an educator, as a Scouts and Guides leader, as a support worker in situations as diverse as a refugee camp and a food market, as a volunteer coordinator in big events and as a volunteer supporter, as an administrator of the Zero Waste Ireland Facebook group.
I won a Social Entrepreneur Ireland grant with Sustainable Tourism Ireland, with Barbara Tomasella, and I have delivered Zero Waste workshops and training in many different settings (from primary schools to volunteers training to community groups).
I am also a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to amazing human beings.
This experience allows me to connect at the best possible level with the people I’m invited to work with, to support their path and their choices.
I am happy to work both in English and in Italian.
